1. Digital Products and Services

1.1 Software and Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software, e-books, documentation, and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as advertised, which our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• Major defects in the product that significantly impair its usability
• Product is substantially different from what was advertised

For refund consideration, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the issue and steps taken to resolve it. Our team will review your request and provide a response within 5 business days.

1.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription (trial period), you will receive a full refund

For annual subscriptions paid in advance, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion if the service is cancelled within 30 days of payment.

1.3 Online Courses and Educational Content

For our educational content:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all courses if you are not satisfied with the content
• To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course
• To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for dissatisfaction

2. Physical Products

For any physical merchandise or products:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. Consulting and Professional Services

For consulting services, workshops, and other professional services:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date are non-refundable
• Rescheduling may be available as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability

4. Events and Workshops

For in-person or virtual events:

If an event is cancelled by Quantum Casual, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

5. Payment Processing

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow:

• 3-5 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement
• 5-10 business days for bank transfers
• 1-2 business days for PayPal or other digital payment methods

Refunds may be subject to currency exchange rates if the original purchase was made in a currency different from the refund currency.

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may sometimes require special consideration. If you are experiencing a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us to discuss your options. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

In cases where refunds are issued as an exception to our standard policy, we may offer:

• Store credit instead of a monetary refund
• Partial refunds based on usage or time elapsed
• Alternative products or services of equal value
